Job Description:

Skiller Solutions is seeking a compassionate and skilled Fertility Counselor to support individuals and couples facing challenges with conception. The Fertility Counselor will provide emotional support, counselling, and guidance throughout fertility treatments, helping clients navigate the emotional, psychological, and informational aspects of infertility.

Responsibilities:
• Provide counselling and emotional support to clients dealing with infertility, stress, anxiety, and related emotional challenges.
• Educate clients about fertility, reproductive health, and various treatment options, including ART, surrogacy, and adoption.
• Explain potential risks, benefits, success rates, and costs of fertility treatments to clients.
• Collaborate with clients to create individualized treatment plans tailored to their needs.
• Monitor and support clients’ mental health and coping strategies throughout the treatment process.
• Maintain accurate records of client sessions and treatment progress.

Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science (B.Sc), preferably in Medical Sciences.
• Strong communication and counselling skills.
• Empathy and the ability to provide emotional support in sensitive situations.
• Knowledge of reproductive health, fertility treatments, and ART procedures.
• Ability to work collaboratively with medical staff and other professionals.
